A strong and powerful player, Chijioke played on the offensive end last year, switching from back in '96. Last year he received the Hamilton Fish Award for most improved player on the team, as voted by his teammates. Chijioke is the second leading scorer among the returners from last year's team (3 goals, 2 assists). His weapons include hard tackling and the longest throw-in on the team.  In high school, he did soccer, wrestling, and baseball.  Was All-East USA Umbro Coaches, All-State and All-League, in which he was also co-MVP in 1996.  His team won six straight leagues titles.
