Ryan Kelley was elected to the 1997 All-Ivy Team, Honorable Mention. Kelly possesses the skills to play practically any position. In 1997 he played in all 17 games, and started 16. He was Massachusetts High School  Player of the Year his senior year, and an NSCAA/Umbro All America.  Kelly also plays on the U.S. Region I team.
