Providence,
Rhode Island, November 11
Two fifteen minute overtime periods followed regulation play. Game Report This is the game that got postposed until today due to lousy field conditions on Saturday. Well, they weren't any better today except for the fans, who didn' thave to sit in the rain. In spite of that, Harvard almost came a way with a win, if it hadn't been for a Brown goal within the last four minutes of the end of regulation. Tommy McLaughlin (1 goal, 1 assist on Chinezi's first half goal) put the Crimson up by a goal in the 84th minute, but Harvard couldn't hang on. Jordan Dupuis was, again, spectacular at times. Freshman Matt Edwards got his first Harvard assist on the second goal. Ryan Keeton, Ryan Kelly, and Will Hench did well in the middle (Keeton attacking effectively, and more than usual). Brown now travels to Dartmouth to setttle the Ivy League mess. However, Yale has to loose to Princeton in order for them to have a shot at the automatic NCAA bid. [We would love to go, but then there is the women's game on Sunday to keep us busy....] Good story in today's Harvard Crimson. We hope to have something for you shortly. Check again later.
