Jape Shattuck was Harvard's men's coach between 1982 and 1986. He assembled some of the best teams ever to play on Ohiri Field. In 1984 his team reached the NCAA quarterfinals, and in 1986 it reached the semifinals, before falling to eventual champion, Duke, 3-1.
