• Publisher of News & Views newsletter for all Harvard sports 15 times a year.
• Keeper of Harvard's athletic history, through books (Crimson in Triumph, Big Time Football at Harvard 1905, Cambridge to Pasadena and Return--Rose Bowl 1920, The H Book of Harvard Athletics 1852-1922, The Second H Book of Harvard Athletics 1923-1963), trophy cases, and individual and team photographs.
• Guardian of the Harvard Athletic Hall of Fame.
• Provider of letter sweaters to undergraduates who win a Major "H".
• Sponsor of the annual Senior Letterwinners Dinner.
• A place for teams and alumni to meet for post-game receptions, view videotapes, or hold meetings.
• A source of information for undergraduates and recent graduates seeking career advice. Our membership has filled out cards which are organized by occupation and geographic locale. These alumni have agreed to speak with undergraduates and recent graduates who are interested in learning more about their specific area of vocation.
• The service organization that helps individual sports, and their Friends Groups, by arranging mailings, recording contributions, and organizing social events from luncheons and dinners, to receptions, to trips for away games and tournament play.
